These Terms govern your use of the Jezzpeak boosting service. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Jezzpeak is a boosting service for competitive shooters. Skilled operators ("boosters") play matches on customer accounts to deliver pre-defined outcome targets per the tier purchased.
Boosting may violate publisher Terms of Service. Jezzpeak accepts orders at the customer's risk. The customer warrants they understand the risk that the targeted publisher (Activision/Riot/EA/etc.) may take action against the account, up to and including permanent ban, and that Jezzpeak does not indemnify the customer for such action.
Jezzpeak operationally mitigates this risk via:
These mitigations are best-effort. They are not warranties.
Each tier specifies one of four outcome metrics:
kd_ratio — kill/death ratio target across the agreed match countrank_target — rank improvement targethybrid_kd_plus_rank — both targets must be hitshadow_exit — exit from skill-based matchmaking "shadow lobby"All four are booster-judged at the awaiting-review transition. The booster files an outcome assessment with the per-match evidence the platform captured (screenshots, KD log, lobby_skill ratings 1–5 for shadow_exit). The customer accepts or disputes the assessment.
Jezzpeak does not perform automated detection of SBMM internals or shadow-lobby state. Outcome assessment is human judgment supported by captured evidence.
The customer has 30 days post-completion to dispute the booster's outcome assessment. Disputes are filed in-platform; an operator reviews the same evidence the booster filed. The operator may:
All payments are crypto only (USDT/BTC/ETH at minimum) per the Refund Policy and project policy. Jezzpeak does not accept fiat, cards, or PayPal.
The customer must own the account being boosted. Submitting credentials for an account the customer does not own or control is a breach of these Terms and may be a violation of the publisher's Terms of Service against the underlying account-holder.
Boosters are independent contractors of the operator. Jezzpeak operationally audits each booster session (booster id, IP, VPN endpoint, device fingerprint hash) and reserves the right to disable a booster at any time without notice.
Jezzpeak makes no uptime guarantee. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or compliance reviews. Active orders are paused, not canceled, during outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jezzpeak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost cosmetics/items, lost rank, or banned accounts, arising from use of the service.
The customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any failure of the service is the refund path described in the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of . Any dispute not resolved through the in-platform dispute path will be resolved by binding arbitration in .
The operator updates these placeholders before public launch via a new versioned MDX file.
